This was our first visit to Cobalt and we will definitely go back the next time we are in Orange Beach. The restaurant has ample indoor and outdoor seating, which is surrounded by a very comfortable, modern decor. When leaving, there were as many as 75-100 people waiting to be seated. We arrived around 5:00pm and were seated within 15 minutes. If you plan to dine during the popular dining times, plan to wait awhile (there is a lot of space for waiting customers). It was an excellent! We split several desserts, which were delicious (try the pecan caramel cheesecake). I had the blackened grouper over a bed of risotto, served with a cajun cream sauce. The service was terrific! Our waiter suggested different specials the restaurant was offering that night, which we took advantage of. Each chose a different dish from the menu and everyone was extremely happy with the presentation and taste of. We visited with 5 adult members of our family. No tomatoes, add peppadews, hard boiled egg & blackened chicken.
